1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically roasted and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may vary slightly.

 

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partner.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

 

2. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • Mindful Coffee Roaster is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier-related issues, but assistance will be provided wherever possible.

 

3. Return & Refund Policy

 

No Returns on Opened Coffee.

Coffee is a perishable, consumable product. For hygiene and quality reasons:

  • Opened or used coffee packs are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • An incorrect product was delivered.

 

To be eligible:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the damaged package and product.

 

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

 

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before roasting or dispatch.

  • Once an order has been roasted or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
